About
I am Viacheslav Bogdanov, an architect, full-stack engineer, and product builder.
I started programming in the 5th grade and have been building software since the early web era. I also won and placed in programming competitions, including a regional informatics olympiad result that allowed me to enter university without exams.
Over the years I have built and launched consumer and business products across navigation, OCR, industrial measurement, merchandising, vehicle tracking, mobile apps, blockchain systems, local AI assistants, and AI video products. Some of them reached the top of their categories, including Touch Commander / Touch Shell, Animated Weather, and aTorrent.
In recent years my work has focused on DeFi, Solidity, optimization, security, AI agents, local AI systems, and new developer tools.
My Web3 work includes lending/CDP protocols, Aave v3 market forks, ZK bridge and intent-based swap infrastructure, MEV systems, efficient DEX routing, multi-step yield strategies, helper contracts, Solidity libraries, and multi-chain integrations across 20+ EVM networks.
The recurring themes are smart contract audits, security reviews, gas and bytecode optimization, MEV-aware execution, formal test discipline, and production-grade reliability for financial systems.
I have also completed advanced Solidity training focused on EVM assembly, HUFF, and deep optimization, placed 3rd in an optimization competition, and won the ConsensusLab Grand Prize at Open Data Hack.
How I Work
I like to research deeply, reduce unclear problems to working architecture, and build tools that improve the speed or quality of future work.
My default bias is practical: understand the user, build the smallest useful system, measure it, simplify it, and keep improving from real feedback.
I can work hands-on across the stack, lead development teams, and coordinate AI coding agents when they make delivery faster without weakening engineering quality.
In three words: generalist, integrator, optimizer.
Philosophy
Good architecture should make change cheaper. Good tools should remove friction without hiding important constraints. Good products should be useful enough to survive contact with real users.
